I had an HP printer delivered on 15 June. After I installed it I realised that it does not print double sided from an iPad (which I use). I filled in the returns form and was about to send it off but then read that you will not take back goods that have been opened. I understand that this is against the law (see: https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/i-want-to-return-something-bought-online-aqsD32m9r5P3) I wish to exchange it for a model that will print double sided.
