I returned a pair of black boots to you about a month ago, on your advice. They top layer was peeling off. I have heard nothing from you since. You will have all the neccessary details on record as i have sent you several emails with then in. I am a disabled pensioner who cannot afford to buy another pair of boots. Please reply asap.
