Return of a X X-Sight 4 K Pro scope

I sent scope and IR Supernova and X-Sight 4 K Pro rifle scope back to Sportsman's Guide. A week later Sportsman's Guide contacted me and said that they don't take returns. The IR Supernova 850 and X-Sight 4 K Pro scope was sent to Sportsman's Guide. I have received nothing back from them. They told me to call your customer service representative and I did. I explained my situation with him and he said that he would talk care of it. I did receive the 850 IR Supernova but not the X-Sight 4 K Pro rifle scope. It's been almost 2 weeks and still waiting. I've had no email from you or calls, I know covid-19 has been a problem as well as we're I work. I'm a machinist for Raytheon Missiles and Defense, so I do understand prodcal for covid-19. But I really would appreciate some answers please. I have spent a lot of time and money on my hunting equipment and I always use ATN when needed. But the BS, that I've been through, maybe not again. Anyway please respond to my email or call. Just want the scope that I paid for. Not my fault about Sportsman's Guide short comings or employees that don't give a *** about other people. User's recommendation: Not sure yet!
