Order B002301404. item 21SWCN044008L was bought online and I returned it in Desigual store Dam square on the 30th of June. Till now I didn't receive the refund. Please if you will reply and say it was refunded then please tell me when so I can follow up with my bank. Customer service aren't answering. Store manager is very rude and telling me it is not his problem and not cooperative at all and this isn't the first pending case. I have another one will share it in another complaint.
