I ordered some shorts that did not fit well and wanted to return them. I did not have directions for returns or a return address in any of my packaging. I called the support number, but they are only open Monday-Friday from 8-5. I did find help on their website on how to return items, but you needed an order number to complete the process. The only number not on my packing slip was the order number. I was told by customer support the following Monday that the number is on the slip, but they do not label it! It was a random number in the top right of the slip. User's recommendation: Hope you clothes fit when you receive them! Horrible return process.
