Return/Cancel Order

I purchased living room furniture including a sofa table that is on back order. Not wanting anything to wait any longer I requested that the table be canceled. My refund should have been posted to my account within 3-5 business days. It took two weeks!!! Vinessa at the local store followed up for me and I appreciate her help.
