Retrograde decision for coeliacs

The soya sauce supplied with your sushi snack meals have wheat in them. Coeliacs, like me, who cannot eat gluten have to throw away the soya sauce. I am used to looking at the list of ingredients on food packaging but it is difficult to see that the wheat is only present in the sauce. Could the label be altered so that it is clearer to see that most of what is in the packet is ok for coeliacs to eat? I am also very unhappy that your sushi snacks that contain soya sauce have wheat in them at all. A few years ago you changed to a new recipe and highlighted that these foods were gluten free. I made a point of telling the manager at my local Boots in elliotts field, rugby that they were market leaders and that i did not understand why, if Boots could do it, all the big supermarkets could not. Not only did they not follow your excellent example, Boots has now reverted to having gluten as an ingredient. This is very disappointing. Please can you explain why? I assume you have changed your supplier - maybe without checking the detail of the ingredients. Is there any hope that, in the future, i can look forward to Boots, as a leading supplier of health orientated products on the high street and on line, providing quality snack foods of this type that are acceptable to coeliacs? I would be interested in your response. Thank you. Jenny smith
