I purchased resume build membership access to build resumes. firstly while building the resume, it is showing as free. when I went for downloading my resume which I built, they asked me to pay for 7-day membership with 2 dollars in big font. there is no mention of the trial period. After 8 days I noticed that charged 59 dollars on the 9th day without my knowledge using the card information which I provided for paying 2 dollars. there is no notification that they are going to charge me 59 dollars after the 7th day. after going through the terms now, i realized that in the small font they wrote that they auto-renew for 12 weeks after 7 days. when i canceled my subscription on the 9th day, now they are saying that they will not refund the money for the rest of the weeks. whereas when I canceled it, they clearly mentioned below note "Your subscription has been successfully canceled. You will no longer be charged for our services. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors."
