There has been NO resolution to my complaint. They referred me to the chat line, who refers me to 1-80*-***-**** to sit on the call for 90 minutes. No one will provide a direct line to reach out to or person. SAD for Disnay User's recommendation: make sure everything DISNEY/RCI claims to do double check and get names for accountability.
