I had a similar issue except they said I was ineligible because the specific month they were going to add my referral discount I happened to pay late..and Im like..how is that supposed to help me pay my rent anymore on time then not??...I have a MILLION other issues but dont have time to explain..lets just say it goes all the way up to a 14-day eviction back in December during the federal eviction ban?? I literally just finally found a work from home job after being unemployed for the past 9 mo. due to Covid and my ex-husband doesnt pay me a lick of child support so...worst.company.ever...$$ hungry
