I sent a parcel P2G9279**** from Ireland to France with Parcel Protection on 1 August. The parcel is still not delivered and is still in Holland. The delivery time has passed and Parcel2go is committed to refunding the delivery costs. But how to do it? The Chat refers us to a robot that does not allow us to do this. The site tells us that this cannot be done on the UK site and sends us back to the IE site, but there is no way to request a refund. When you select "My parcel have a problem" you get a 404 error User's recommendation: respect of their commitments, i.e. the reimbursement of shipping costs.
