When a return is made because of THEIR failure to deliver ordered bed frame in estimated time frame you will be refunded only 75% of your purchase. My estimated delivery time for bed frame ordered was one month, Saatva changed estimated delivery time to over 3 months without informing me. me. When User's recommendation: Buy locally.
