Update by user Jun 28, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company did provide full refund but not willingly - only after referral to Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards. Could NOT recommend using this company.. Original review posted by user May 29, 2020 We placed our order and paid but the company then said they could not provide what we had paid for as it was not in stock so we asked them to cancel the order as we needed the product quickly and would try and source it locally. They didn't cancel the order and now refuse to give our money back! Atrocious attitude and customer service! User's recommendation: Don't shop here!
