Update by user Jul 19, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Jul 19, 2021 I placed a order for a memory foam cushion on May 3, 2021 and I have not received it. I was emailed a past due notice and sent a past due letter about this order, so I paid the bill. Now I would appreciate your response to this matter and ship the merchandise I have paid for. Thank you
