Resolved: Waiting on refund for cancelled cruise.

Update by user Jun 03, 2020 Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund Update by user Jun 03, 2020 We received the balance of our booking. Carnival has now refunded 100% of our trip. 6/3/2020. Update by user Jun 01, 2020 We received refunds for all of the shore excursions. The deposit and cruise still remain to be refunded. 6/1/2020 Original review posted by user May 25, 2020 Carnival cancelled our cruise due to the covid19 pandemic. I totally agree to the cancellation, I also believe that they could do better with the resources. I realize they are also financially strapped, however we are too. I feel like they are holding back refunds to fund operations. I usually pay of hotel and restaurant charges after staying and after eating. I think the cruise industry uses our money before providing the service. If it was pay after staying we would not have this refund issue to begin with. User's recommendation: Be careful and do not book cruises with money you can not afford to loose.
