Update by user Oct 03, 2019 never resolved and all way gave me no help but that cant do anything. I looking to contact someone that can help me get my funds so they send me a check that will expire. Original review posted by user Oct 03, 2019 I had received a payoff after by parents past and need to pay off reverse mortgage. At last min after I had paid off loan I was told that I need to pay and extra 1325.00 do to fees. When I send in payment got payoff. I received a check after calling and complain for my funds. When they send me the check they put in my decease parents name and could not cash out since they are decease. I spoke to bank and showing that It came out of my account. Tried to cash check several times and no I funds that I can never use.
