Update by user Feb 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Backs replaced.. Original review posted by user Feb 20, 2021 The recliner backs was replaced on both chairs. I do not know if method of application of leather color has changed. User's recommendation: Continued communication, keep all receipt, records and copies of correspondence.
