Update by user Oct 01, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Received the promised refund, but it does not make up for the unauthorized repairs to my auto.. Original review posted by user Sep 24, 2020 1/8/2015 I brought my car into Ferman Mazda for repairs, at which time I was told I needed additional repairs. I told them to only do the basic repairs, and made sure they knew which repairs I was authorizing. When I went to pick up my car however, they did the additional repairs I did not authorize, and would not give me my car unless I paid in full. Today, 9/24/20, I get letter from Ferman that they had a refund check for me. I called, got voice mail, so left a message, as to why they waited 5 years to give me a refund. This is not an ethical way to run a business! User's recommendation: Avoid this business, there are other car dealerships for repairs.
