Resolved: Unauthorized charge on credit card!

Update by user Dec 15, 2020 They issued pre-paid shipping label so I can return the canceled order back to them. I am hoping to ship the items back for a prompt full refund. Payless needs to improve their online website to truly cancel their orders if they are going to offer that option. Also need to re-establish phone number customer service and better return policy and experience.. Original review posted by user Dec 15, 2020 I placed an order and then canceled due to wrong items in order. It clearly had a "Request Cancellation" option which I choose. I placed a correct order only to find out they never canceled the first order and now I have two charges on my credit card to shoes I did not want! The company has disconnected all their phone lines to be able to reach customer service, and they expect you to pay for returns no matter the reason for returns. They only leave you with outsourced chat lines where no help is really available for their mistakes. Shame on Payless Shoe Source for becoming such an ill reputable company! User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP IF NO REAL RETURN PROCESS OR PHONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
