Update by user Jul 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user Jun 02, 2021 Ive been unable to log into my account since Vinted changed the app. Ive emailed support and logged support tickets through their website and recieve nothing more than an automated email which tells me to respond if i still have an issue (which i do) but then nothing back from an actual human. Ive tried tweeting them but it appears their twitter has been inactive for months. I just need assistance in getting back into my account as it has money in it!! User's recommendation: Don’t use, support is non existent.
