Update by user Oct 02, 2019 It was resolved by the management office at Henry On The Park. Original review posted by user Sep 24, 2019 I insured my mother's apartment twice by mistake, through Assurant which I do every year (I pay the full amount) and by mistake through Morgan Properties...I was told by Henry on the park management that I need a Declaration Page and I need to go through the proper steps to provide the necessary paper work to prove that she's insured all ready by Assurant Insurance Centre which I did and was told by management that all the paper work is in order and her second insurance that was made by mistake is cancelled. Not really, I still get emails asking me to pay 15.75$ and its added to her rent every month which I can't do anything about. I'm paying insurance twice!!!! Every time I call management they try to look into it and try to fix it but nothing is being done...honestly your head office has the worse customer service I've ever encountered, I'm appalled at your customer service! Can't even talk to a human being on the phone for complaints but when I dial the phone number for renting an apartment you're agents are ready to take my call...this is horrible! if this problem is not rectified soon I will blast your social media with the worst feed back ever.
