Resolved: Treated very rudely

Update by user Apr 18, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Moved entire account to my account at Vanguard. Schwab did call and I unloaded on them about the Manager. Lots of apologies but too little too late.. Original review posted by user Mar 19, 2021 Went to make a $400,000 purchase and the Manager basically told me to leave and do it on line. Very abrupt and very rude.
