Update by user May 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Their regular Cust Service was very unhelpful. I had to locate the email address of the CEO of Black&Decker/Dewalt as well as VP Cust Service who did admit that their process was not helpful, and they sent me a replacement at no charge. It's so sad though that I had to go to the top to get any type of support. Original review posted by user Mar 31, 2021 Dewalt built a cordless drill 791 that has a chuck that cannot be replaced, they don't stand behind their tools, make endless excuses and User's recommendation: be careful before you buy Dewalt.
