Update by user Jul 14, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Jul 14, 2021 The customer service representative that assisted me with my issue resolved my issue quickly. I am pleased to be receiving replacement parts soon to correct my issue with my toilets. I rere User's recommendation: Purchase a Glacier Bay dual flush toilet.
