Resolved: They were scamming customers who bought new tires…

Update by user Jul 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. We settled with them about June of 1999.. Original review updated by user Jul 17, 2021 We bought a new set of high-end tires with a free alignment for my our Volvo. Afterwards, it handled poorly; it would constantly pull to the left, then to the right, slightly shifting direction each time. At 8,000 miles, our 40,000 mile front tires were almost bald. We found they had set the alignment toe out to 1/2- inch, wearing our the tires 5-times faster, and causing bad handling. We took them to court, and they settled with us a day or two before the court date.
