Update by user Aug 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Aug 16, 2021 very short waiting time to get help. assisted me virtually thru my phone. we disconnected and reconnected the unit and then determined the motor was bad. they are sending a new motor section free as it is covered under the warranty. excellent service. I already own two and will not hesitate to purchase more in the future. Val User's recommendation: highly.
