Update by user May 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They were incapable of shipping the item to us even after being returned to their depot so they suggested a refund. We were happy to have the refund as the appeal of purchasing from Walmart was lost by then. Idiots.. Update by user May 05, 2021 We finally after calling at least twice a week have received our refund. On May 8 it would have been 2 full months since we tried to purchase the bicycle online from Walmart. This was totally their mistake by shipping the item to Nova Scotia instead of literally 30...
