Update by user Sep 29, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company refunded the basic cost of the damaged headphones. This was only because of PC's intervention and assistance. Original review posted by user Aug 30, 2020 Thank you so much for your intervention. Though we had contacted the Duracell company earlier too, they have responded only after you have intervened. They have made good only the immediate loss. Their dealing with the incident was indifferent and incognito with no attempt to contact the customer! Duracell is no doubt a good company, but their international operations are suspect!
