This company has cheated me out of $119.99. Be careful as it will seem like you need a credit card to use their service but to my dismay it was a trial and I was not aware. They said they sent me an email that my "trial" was ending but the only emails that I received from them was of course their promotional materials. I asked them to even look into the account to see if I had used it and they told me that does not matter. A supervisor named Liza was supposed to email and call me back after the case was "escalated" but do you think i recieved a call? NOPE....... Terrible customer service.
