Resolved: Terrible customer service

Update by user Aug 04, 2019 Received a call from customer service on Saturday explaining that due to an inventory issue the remaining order wasn’t shipped. The person that usually handles the situation was off for the week. Order is being shipped on Monday Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2019 I placed and paid for an order on 7/20/19. Never received anything and after multiple phone messages and email left for them I’ve still not heard back from anyone. VERY POOR customer service and communication.
