Poor Service
Hello. I just already became unrealistically angry because on October 12th I handed over my hub to jbl charge 3, I got a call from tet service in and told me that hub repair could not be done with a warranty because there is a mechanical usb socket damage, I agree to make repairs for the money (40 €) and promised me that she would be in 2 or 3 days and she still hasn't come. We call the store and ask where there is a traffic jam, they answer that they will find out and call back, but no one calls anyone.
