Resolved: Terrible Customer Service/Technical Issues

Update by user Aug 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Bianca at Shutterfly rang me today and promised to get to the bottom of the issue that I was having. Later in the day she rang me again to say that the technicians had fixed the problem. She worked hard to resolve my problem and I am grateful to her for doing so.. Original review posted by user Aug 05, 2021 I created a photo album on Shutterfly for a 60th birthday. I placed the order and paid for the order at night. I received a confirmation number for the project. The next day, there was nothing in my order history and my project was still a project but not an order. I went through the steps a second and third time and the same thing kept happening. happened. I called User's recommendation: Find another photobook site.
