Update by user Jan 30, 2020 the manufacturer finally answered my emails after I complained again to eBags. They offered to replace or let me return. I chose return. After this I received an email from eBags with return information; but they also indicated this was a "one time" courtesy. I was refunded my money minus the shipping. Because of eBags policies and attitude, I will no longer buy from them. Original review posted by user Dec 31, 2019 I have bought quite a bit of stuff over the years and won't again. I had a leather purse delivered 9/30/19. Less than 3 months later, it's falling apart. They refuse to do anything about it (30 day guarantee only). I contacted the manufacturer per their instructions and they asked for photos. I sent them immediately - no response at this point. I tried to go in and review the item, but the site says I can't review an item I haven't purchased!! I emailed eBags to tell them this with absolutely no response.
