Update by user Dec 11, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Original review posted by user Dec 11, 2020 I had been trying to Ford to pay to have a white residue on the interior services of my 2020 Explorer. They paid for one cleaning but the residue was not completely removed. According to one of their company messages multiple cleanings may be required. After working with one of their senior customer service team members, Ford agreed to pay for two additional cleanings. I took my vehicle back to the dealership where I purchased it, they performed the additional cleaning and the vehicle is back to the appearance it should be. It took a bit of persistence dealing with Ford but it paid off in the end. User's recommendation: I recommend not giving up if you feel you are in the right. Be patience and continue to pursue your quest for justice.
