Resolved: Service on a bad transmission

Update by user Apr 22, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Mar 23, 2021 Tech. from dealer showed up with a new transmission but was unable to loosen a bolt that is in the agitator tube. Have been unable to get any useful help from any Maytag source, meanwhile my washer sits in the basement, motor removed and bad transmission unable to be removed. Suggest you arrange to get me a new machine to replace this dud.
