Update by user Apr 07, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Update by user Apr 07, 2021 TomTom did contact me on your instigation and reluctantly recognised my apeal on reason. But it was very difficult and took many mails. But it resolved the issue. Original review posted by user Mar 08, 2021 Cant login, cant reach you by phone. Nor by chat, nor by Mail . So cant deposit my complaint that cost me 3 per month
