Update by user Oct 14, 2019 I am pleased to inform that I was able to resolve my concern and now I dont feel ripped off due to miscommunication. Original review posted by user Oct 14, 2019 I listened to a free webinar and was informed that I can cancel within 4 days no questions asked. I sent an e-mail on the 4th day and now I am being refused a refund and now i have to go through the trouble of reporting this and calling my bank. She mentioned 4 days during presentation and then sends something in writing stating 48 hrs. Furthermore after reviewing the material i am being ripped off for $400 since i chose an option to pay in installments.
