Update by user Aug 14, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Management gave me a $25 gift card and told me the customer service rep would be spoken to about how she treated me. Original review posted by user Jul 15, 2021 After speaking with the Asst. GM at the Mt. Laurel, NJ Costco, he confirmed that the incident happened as I related and that the employee in question would be spoken to about how she treated me. They also are sending me a $25 gift card. User's recommendation: Don't take verbal abuse from a customer service person.
