Update by user Jul 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jul 31, 2021 I am trying to get a refund on the Mass Effect Legendary Edition game, it keeps crashing and wont let me play. But all the time i tried to fix it, it says i played 7 hours. that is 7 hours of crashing and loading, i played 0 minutes of actual game play
