Resolved: Refund for faulty goods

Update by user Aug 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to wait 15 days before it was issued. No apology, no discount.. Original review posted by user Jul 06, 2021 I am still waiting for a refund for faulty goods, returned to Amazon Monday 28th June, and confirmed received by Amazon July 1st. I have spoken via 'Chat', around 9.05 Sunday 4th July, and received email from Customer Services confirming refund would be actioned (09.23, Sunday 4th). Now 6th July and refund still not done. User's recommendation: On expensive items replacement might have been better option.
