Update by user Jun 30, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Jun 30, 2021 We received a brush for a vacuum, not the Ninja Foodi Pressure Lid that was ordered. My mother called the first time, she is 80, and they asked for pictures and she didnt know how to send them, that why I am sending the pictures User's recommendation: Check items ordered, and if wrong item pray you get someone that actually understands your issue and the English language.
