Resolved: Promised delivery of a part that they took payment for and then lied repeatedly about reasons deliver didn’t happen.

Update by user Jul 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Jul 20, 2021 Finally after all this time after pleading with me not to use ghe bank, I finally did. 3 weeks later the money was refunded by Husqvarna in full. I wll never buy again Update by user Jun 25, 2021 Husqvarna still has not refunded as promised. I have involved my credit card bank. They have opened an investigation. The contact so far has yielded no results. The bank informed this could take 90 days and I believe Husqvarna will keep my money every one of them Original review updated by user Jun 19, 2021 The most horrible customer service ever. After they took my money all I got was promises. Then excuses. Then the delivery of a part not even close to what I ordered that came with a packing slip that was different to my order sheet and the actual part in the box. I finally requested a refund or I would go to my credit card to get my refund. They begged for 10 days and I gave it to them. I'm still waiting
