Update by user Jun 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After explaining the problem we had with the product the company offered to replace our order free of charge.. Original review posted by user May 17, 2021 We cooked eggs in this pan and according to the TV ad, they're supposed to simply slide out of the pan. We cooked on less-than-medium heat setting according to instructions, but the egg is stuck to the pan and won't even scrub off. I was hoping to return this pan to them as proof of their false advertising but there is no address or phone number listed to contact Gotham Steel. We will never purchase anything from them again and we're warning friends to avoid their products. User's recommendation: Don't buy Gotham steel cookware - false advertising!
