Update by user May 06, 2020 Strongly recommend that there's another phone number and the point of contact that we can talk to at the Executive Level, CEO could have a open door policy so minor issues can be rectified on the spot instead of going through too much red tape. Update by user May 06, 2020 I had a problem an issue one of your products requesting for a replacement there was a complaint submitted to Staff out of the Philippine Islands. I was trying to get a hold of someone here in the Continental United States but was not able to. She told me she was going to send a couple products with a coupon for replacement. I provided the name brand and the UPC. Your assistance in understanding will be greatly appreciated. The information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
