Original review posted by user Jul 24, 2021 On the information for their sim only plans, there is a no cancellation fee part to it: (As seen on their website: Cancelling your plan Youre welcome to cancel your plan at any time with no cancellation fee. Youll just need to pay any outstanding charges and fees, including charges outside of your monthly allowances incurred up to the date your service was cancelled). I had to get a new phone as my old one died, and so I got one with them, and of course I had to go with a new plan (as they were no longer offering the xsmall plan) and it takes them about a month to change the plan, and what happens on my latest bill.. a hidden early cancellation fee User's recommendation: Avoid.
