Update by user Aug 13, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Update by user Aug 13, 2021 I did receive my partial refund although it took a few weeks for the General manager too respond to his co workers to do the refund. This could have been done a lot quicker. Having to call the hotel everyday is frustrating. Original review posted by user Jul 13, 2021 Never received a call back from the motel. Still waiting. This situation should have been resolved while I was still there.
