Resolved: Non delivery of product-poor customer service

Update by user Mar 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. The company reduced the price of the tub by $500 and set up an installation date that was convenient. They were aware that I filed a BBB, AG complaint and Consumers Affairs. NO apologies, just attitude over the phone, but the work was completed to my satisfaction. Do I recommend the tub?? No, not very big nor comfortable and no splash guards. Do I recommend the company?
