Definitely appreciate you being here for us!. Original review updated by user Jun 23, 2021 I have 2 visits (1 Outback, 1 Bonefish Grill) that I have not received credit for. I followed the procedures to "easily enter your info on the website"...but the website says "this transaction cannot be found". I tried calling them twice.... I got endless hold (an hour waiting, no answer). It's very sad what's happened to this great perk. I cannot believe that BloominBrands is willing to allow their customers to be mistreated this way!!!! User's recommendation: Avoid BloominBrands and don't waste your time on this "Rewards Program".
