Update by user Jul 09, 2021 I finally got some one on the phone and I cancelled my service and told them I would never use at&t.com ever again. Original review posted by user Jun 07, 2021 There not a company that I respect since they can't respond to my email about whether or not I can just buy the SIM card that I ordered the package remains unopened because the iPhone 7p is prepaid and I can buy cards at Wal-Mart if I can't buy the SIM card I want to return it. User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend them.
