Update by user Aug 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Full refund sent.. Original review updated by user Jul 23, 2021 Ordered a part from Bike Bandit that is now unavailable. Received an email from Bike Bandit that I would be refunded. After numerous phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive my refund. Bike Bandit claims issues with PayPal. Should have done more research before using this company. Bike Bandit is untrustworthy. Update: refund sent User's recommendation: Do not use.
